Administrative Clerk- Junior

Entry level with limited office experience, able to handle general office duties such as: filing, photocopying/scanning, some telephone, organizing mail/couriers, good basic computer skills on common software. Good written and verbal communication skills. Close supervision required.

Receptionist - Junior

Entry level with limited office experience, able to handle a small telephone system with up to five incoming lines and 20 extensions. Good basic computer skills on common software. Good personal presentation and communication skills, with an outgoing personality and able to effectively interact with callers, visitors and staff. Also, able to handle basic general office duties such as; photocopying/scanning, filing, organizing mail/couriers. Close supervision required.

Receptionist - Intermediate

Minimum of 2 years office experience, able to handle a small telephone system with up to ten incoming lines and 40 extensions. Good computer skills on common software. Good personal presentation and communication skills, with an outgoing personality and able to effectively interact with callers, visitors and staff. Also, able to handle more involved office duties in addition to photocopying/scanning, filing, organizing mail/couriers. Supervision required.

Receptionist - Senior

Minimum of 5 years office experience usually more, able to handle a computerized system with up to fifteen plus incoming lines and up to 60 extensions. Good computer skills on common software. Good personal presentation and communication skills, with an outgoing personality and able to effectively interact with callers, visitors and staff. Also, able to handle more advanced general office duties such as; making appointments and provide staff support plus photocopying/scanning, filing, organizing mail/couriers. Supervision required.

Customer Service - Junior

Accounting Clerk - Junior

Entry level with limited office experience, may have some formal training.

Able to handle basic computer entry of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll plus some general office duties such as filing, report preparation, some telephone, good basic computer skills on common software. Good written and verbal communication skills. Does not handle negotiable documents or cash.

Accounting Clerk - Intermediate

Minimum of 2 years related experience and has limited formal training.

Able to handle computer entry of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll plus some general office duties such as: filing, report preparation, some telephone duties, good basic computer skills on common software. Good written and verbal communication skills. Able to do some limited Accounts Receivable Collection duties. Does not handle negotiable documents or cash. Supervision required.

Accounting Clerk - Senior

Minimum of 5 years related experience and has formal accounting training.

Able to handle advanced computer entry of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll plus some general office duties such as filing, report preparation, some telephone duties, good basic computer skills on common software. Good written and verbal communication skills. Able to handle limited Accounts Receivable Collection duties. Does not handle negotiable documents or cash. Supervision required.

Bookkeeper - Junior

Entry level with limited office experience, may have some formal training.

Able to handle basic Bookkeeping duties including computer entry of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll plus some limited report preparation. Has good basic computer skills on common accounting software. Good written and verbal communication skills. Does not handle negotiable documents, electronic funds transfers or cash. Bookkeeper - Intermediate

Minimum of 5 years related experience and has formal accounting training.

Able to handle all Bookkeeping duties including computer entry of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll plus preparation of monthly statements and other financial reports. Has excellent computer skills on common accounting software. Good written and verbal communication skills. Does not handle negotiable documents, electronic funds transfers or cash. Supervision required.
